We want you to buy PeakResume with confidence, not crossed fingers. So our refund policy is more generous than the law requires.
14 days, no questions asked
On your first purchase of any plan, if it's not working out, tell us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full — no reason needed. This is on top of, not instead of, your statutory EU right of withdrawal.
How to claim your refund
Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and let us know you'd like a refund. No forms, no retention flow, no justification required.
We process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Cancelling a subscription
Subscriptions can be cancelled online, anytime, from your account — no email needed for that part.
Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling is not the same as a refund: if you're inside the 14-day window and want your money back rather than just stopping renewals, use the refund process above.
