Cobalt resume template

Cobalt is one of our original designs: a single-column layout with inline role · company · date headers, accent-marked section labels, and deliberately tight information density. Every design decision optimizes for the two readers that matter — parsing software first, a skimming recruiter second.

This is the template we recommend when the job posting goes through an applicant tracking system, which for software roles is nearly always. It fits more career onto one page than any of our other layouts without feeling cramped.
